In the case of a booking being made by an individual person on behalf of another person or group of persons, then the person who is making the booking must have the authority of all the other people to accept these terms and conditions on the group’s behalf.
I acknowledge that I will be participating in an organised cycling holiday or cycle training camp with Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays which will involve strenuous physical activity.
I confirm that I am sufficiently fit for, and am not suffering from any health problems which will be exacerbated by such activity.
I recognise that cycling on public roads, particularly in mountainous areas, is an activity with a danger of personal injury and even death. I confirm that I am aware of and accept such risk and will be responsible for my own actions and involvement in this activity.
I also acknowledge that I have been advised by Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays to take out insurance against the costs of medical treatment, evacuation, loss of earnings and/or cost of care in the event that I suffer injury or illness during the holiday/training camp; and while traveling, against loss of or damage to my property (including my bicycle); against liability I might incur to third parties; and against costs I might incur in the event of cancellation or curtailment of the holiday/training camp or my participation in it.
I confirm that I will arrange adequate insurance against such risks.
I understand that my insurance when hiring a bike from Stephen Roche Cycling, covers repairs up to €500. Warning: The bike insurance does not cover theft. In the event that the bike is stolen while out cycling, or i do not return the bike, I am responsible for replacing the bike at its wholesale value.
Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays can accept no responsibility for any costs that may be incurred due to insufficient insurance cover.
Circumstances may require some changes to be made at any time to the particulars of any holiday/training camp (eg. itineraries, overnight locations, meals or routes). Any such changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible and will be held to be of a minor nature. We will not materially change the value of the holiday/training camp, and the original theme will be retained.
Photographs, likenesses or images of participants secured or taken on any of our holidays/training camps may be used by the company without remuneration in all media for bona fide promotional or marketing purposes.
By submitting a booking enquiry or contact form to Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays through its website or otherwise I agree to be added to its Newsletter mailing list.
I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays, the promoter, promoting club/organisation, event sponsor or any event official or member in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of any Stephen Roche Cyclong Holidays event, unless such injury, loss or damage is proven to be caused by the negligence of the aforementioned.
I agree that the contract between Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays and me will be governed by Spanish law and that any matter or dispute in connection with this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
The prices of holidays and all services provided are in Euro (€) and are subject to availability.
Bookings are subject to 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Full payment for the holiday/training camp must be received at least 30 days before your arrival/start date.
Offers are non-transferable and subject to full compliance in line with the details of the offer.
Offers are subject to full payment being made at the time of booking.
Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing from the lead person who booked the holiday. We can accept no responsibility for cancellation charges arising from correspondence delayed or lost in the post. Cancellation fees will be levied in line with the scale listed below.
Stephen Roche Cycling Holidays will not be responsible for reimbursing costs accrued via third parties (eg. flights, transfers, insurance, visas, vaccinations, etc).
Provided all monies have been paid we will not cancel your holiday/training camp unless we are forced to do so, due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control which could not be avoided even with all due care having been exercised, or what is usually known as ‘force majeure’.
If, for some reason, you wish to cancel your holiday/training camp, please refer to the cancellation fees detailed below, which are calculated depending on the period of notice, before your arrival/travel date:
60+ Days: Deposit is refunded, excluding €50 administration fee.
30 – 60 Days: 25% of the total price is refunded.
30 days or less: No refund.
Bookings are transferable subject to availability.
Your continued use of all or any part of the services following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.
Unless we let you know otherwise, in writing, any new or updated services will be subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to modify or discontinue all or any part of the services, including, but not limited to:
– restricting the time all or any part of the services is available;
– charge fees in connection with the use of all or any part of the services.
You agree that neither we nor any of our partners shall be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of all or any part of the services.

However, despite all due diligence, from time to time, there may be inadvertent inaccuracies in the content of our website due to human error or for unknown technical reasons, or because of unavoidable changes of circumstance and/or the services and work schedule/practices of our third party service providers.
