This ride takes us on a culinary journey, to the best cake shop on the island, then on through the wine growing region. Alas, before arriving in “Cake Heaven” a little riding is required! Our route takes us north through the Mallorcan countryside, on quiet roads alongside the Tramuntana mountain range. At Santa Maria del Cami, called “Cake Heaven” by Stephen Roche, you’ll be spoilt for choice. As we make our way back to the hotel we’ll discover the vineyard flat lands of Binali.
